Theatre Confetti is an artist led organisation dedicated to the child’s development.
Our work aims to create a continual lyrical world where the child can feel truly accepted and integrated.
OUR POLICY IS TO EDUCATE THROUGH ART
Theatre Confetti has performed in 49 theatres all over Britain.
- We create theatre productions for and with young people
- Carry out curriculum based educational projects in schools
- Community arts events
- Festival activities
- Workshops for people who are socially excluded; older people, people with disabilities, people with learning difficulties, people recovering from mental illness, refugees and people from ethnic minorities.
OUR AIM
Is to bring- High Quality- performances and visual art events to young people and vulnerable people with the view to encourage their own imagination and creativity.
Art based community projects are concerned with social creativity and social integration.
The projects involve many forms of art, dance, drama, visual art, creative writing, and music.
All participants are directly involved in the creative process of the work and take part in the final performances.
We carry out between 4 -8 projects every year, providing professional guidance and inspiration to all participants.
